WINTER STEELHEAD FISHING REPORT 3-15-16

Major reprieve in the weather for the upcoming week.   Definitely happy to see it as the previous week was 'kinda abrupt'....  The stability will aid in some consistency.  We have been touching fish almost every day with the swung fly.
